Yanks force Game 4 against Toronto; Rangers fall on opening night

The Yankees are still alive. On Tuesday, New York outscored Toronto 9-6 to force a Game 4 in their playoff series. Aaron Judge smashed a home run off the foul pole in the victory. The teams are back in the Bronx tonight at 7:08 p.m.

On the ice, the Rangers laid an egg on opening night. New York lost to Pittsburgh 3-0 on Tuesday.

The Cornell men’s soccer team tied Akron 0-0 on Tuesday. Big Red goalie Ryan Friedberg had three saves in the match.

Both SUNY Cortland soccer teams take the field today. The men’s team hosts Oswego at 4 p.m. and the women’s squad visits Oswego at 6 p.m.

The TC3 men’s soccer team hosts Finger Lakes today at 4 p.m. After that, the TC3 women’s soccer team entertains Finger Lakes at 6:30 p.m.

The Giants are preparing to host the Eagles on Thursday. New York quarterback Jaxson Dart said home games are “special.”
