ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Visit Ithaca is accepting applications for the 2026 Agriculinary Microgrant Farm to Fork Program.

The Agriculinary Microgrant is meant to subsidize a portion of the business’ project costs through a 50% match, up to $2,000, to help farms, food producers, and locally-sourcing restaurants expand visitor-ready tourism offerings across Tompkins County. Eligible applicants include not-for-profit and for-profit farms, food and beverage producers, and agriculinary businesses in Tompkins County, as well as restaurants that source a minimum of 20% of their food and beverage locally.

“Now more than ever it is important to support local, and that includes our agricultural businesses, too,” said Peggy Coleman, Tompkins Chamber’s President. “Agriculinary Microgrants help Tompkins County farmers and producers make smart improvements to their businesses so they can better welcome visitors. These cash grants are for up to $2,000, which leverages owner investment to achieve projects that are often delayed due to cashflow.”

The Agriculinary Microgrant “Farm to Fork” Program places a focus on projects that enhance visitor readiness, add or improve public-facing offerings, strengthen marketing and communications, or otherwise support tourism and economic development in Tompkins County. Grant funds are dispersed following project completion and submission of a final report with supporting documentation.

The first round of applications close February 23, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. A second round of applications may be offered if funds are available.

Applicants can ask clarifying questions to Lucy Williams, Agriculinary Microgrant Coordinator, at Lucy@VisitIthaca.com. Find more information on the Visit Ithaca website here.
