UPDATE 5/11 @ 3:38 P.M. – According to State Police, 18-year-old Dalton Malmstrom was found deceased in the Susquehanna River earlier today.

NICHOLS, NY (607NewsNow) — An 18-year-old is missing in Tioga County.

According to the New York State Police, Dalton Malmstrom was last seen around 7:45 a.m. today, May 9, leaving his house on East River Rd. in Nichols. His family told authorities, “he was not acting like himself prior to leaving,” troopers said.

Malmstrom is 5’10 with dark hair and when he was last seen, he was wearing a dark-colored shirt. Emergency responders and volunteers are currently looking for Malmstrom.
