Town of Dryden to receive $1.5 million in housing infrastructure assistance

DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) – Dryden is receiving assistance from the state.

The Town of Dryden has received $1.5 million through the Office of Community Renewal’s Community Development Block Grant program.

The funding will be used for infrastructure in support of existing housing. The CDBG program provides housing and development funding to eligible municipalities with less than 50,000 people in counties with populations under 200,000.
