CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Another SUNY Cortland Challenge is history, and it’s looking like another good year.

During Wednesday’s day-long Cortland Challenge, the school says they raised over $700,000 from more than 4,100 donors.

“Whether you supported an academic department, an athletics team, a campus initiative or all of the above, please know that we’re grateful for your support, especially those who helped spread the word,” the school wrote in a Facebook post.

Organizers will spend the next few days officially tallying the numbers, but they say it’s looking like “another record-breaking” year.
