RICHFORD, NY (607NewsNow) — Crews in Richford are benefiting from new vehicles.

According to Richford Highway Superintendent Harrison Marsh, the town’s new 10-wheeler is doing a “good job plowing.” He said a recently acquired 2018 Ram truck, which is helpful on smaller roads, is also plowing and sanding.

Marsh said crews recently hauled 20 loads of sand to provide “a little cushion.” He said the sand came at a good price and can be used next year, if there’s any leftover.
