Police searching for Tioga County man missing since Sunday

TIOGA, NY (607NewsNow) – State Police are searching for a missing person in Tioga County.

Authorities say Lance Bogart was last seen on Sunday, April 26, around 5 p.m. behind a residence on Halsey Valley Road in the Town of Tioga, though troopers note it’s a Barton mailing address.

A witness reported seeing the 47-year-old running northeast into a wooded area and says he may have been under the influence of an unknown substance.

The pictured man is 5’8″ tall, approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees him or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact NYSP Troop C Headquarters at (607) 561-7400 immediately.
