OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) — An Owego intersection will see a new traffic configuration.

On Sept. 2, the Village of Owego Board of Trustees unanimously agreed to turn the intersection of Church Street and Main Street into a four-way stop. The change will take effect on Nov. 2.

The intersection currently has a traffic light. Talks to remove the light gained steam in 2024.
