HOMER, NY (607NewsNow) – A Syracuse man is facing charges in Homer.

On August 6, State Police pulled a vehicle over on Interstate-81 around 11:55 a.m. for vehicle and traffic violations.

During the stop, troopers allegedly discovered that the driver, 32-year-old Otis Tillie, had a revoked license and a forged inspection sticker. Tillie was arrested and charged with having a forged inspection certificate and aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeanors.

Tillie’s vehicle was impounded.
