Lisle man accused of striking victim with broomstick, frying pan

LISLE, NY (607NewsNow) – A Broome County man faces two felonies.

On March 30, State Police were called to a home on Owen Hill Road in the Town of Lisle.

Markus Rich, 22, is accused of hitting someone with a broomstick and a frying pan after a verbal argument turned physical. Troopers say the victim had an order of protection against Rich, who fled the scene.

Rich was located at a home in the Town of Triangle on March 31 and arrested. He is charged with assault and criminal contempt.
