Lapeer appoints interim code enforcer

LAPEER, NY (607NewsNow) — Lapeer has a new public servant.

On Jan. 14, the Cortland County town named Bill Stell as interim code enforcer. He was appointed unanimously by the Lapeer Town Board.

Stell also serves as Richford’s code enforcement officer.
