“There are things that I know I have to improve on,” Glenn said Tuesday at the NFL combine. “There’s mistakes that I made that I won’t replicate going to this season.”

The Jets finished the 2025 season with an overall record of 3-14. It was the team’s first year under Glenn’s leadership.

“I feel really good about my growth process going to my second year as a head coach,” Glenn said.
