Ithaca College men’s hoops players receive academic praise

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Three members of the Ithaca College men’s basketball team are receiving recognition.

Junior Alex Penders, junior Matthew Zenker, and senior Cole Wissink are being honored for their grades. Each player made the College Sports Communicators’ Academic All-District Team.

According to Ithaca College Athletics, Penders has a 3.87 GPA, Zenker has a 3.57 GPA, and Wissink has a 3.51 GPA.
