ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Ithaca Police Department has presented their budget. 

Chief Tom Kelly tells 607 News Now they’re looking for some more help in fighting crime. 

Kelly says the programs have potential. 

The Common Council is currently going through the 2026 budget proposal before voting next month.
