Grant money funds additional playground equipment at Dwyer Park

PREBLE, NY (607NewsNow) —Dwyer Park in Cortland County is getting more fun for kids. 

Public information officer Savannah Hempstead tells 607 News Now a local group helped raise money.

It’ll be placed next to equipment at the park, which was installed in July.

Earlier this year, Cortland County awarded a bid to a company in Alabama to rebuild the playground at Dwyer Park. It had been closed for safety concerns.
