E-bike collided with storage shed in Lansing, sheriff says

LANSING, NY (607NewsNow) — A Lansing man is being treated for serious injuries after a collision involving an e-bike.

The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office says “a motorized bicycle had collided with a storage shed that was being unloaded for delivery” around 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12 in the 2900 block of North Triphammer Rd.

The e-bike driver was identified as 57-year-old Brian Babcock, who’s now being treated at Upstate Medical Center.
