DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) — Another school year is coming to a close. 

Dryden Central School District Superintendent Josh Bacigalupi says implementing the state-mandated Bell to Bell ban on smart devices was a success story. 

Recently on 607 This Morning on WHCU, Bacigalupi shared some anecdotal evidence.

Gov. Hochul’s Bell to Bell ban was adopted before the start of the current school year.
