Despite shutdown, smooth operations at Ithaca airport

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — On Day 8 of the partial federal government shutdown, there are currently no staff or flight issues at the Ithaca Tompkins International Airport.

Despite the ongoing shutdown, Ithaca’s airport director Roxan Noble tells WHCU she hasn’t heard about any changes from the FAA or TSA.
