DANBY, NY (607NewsNow) — Leaders in Danby will talk about a recreational project tonight.

The Danby Planning Board will consider granting approval for a public skate park. The park would be located at 15 Bald Hill Road.

According to a draft site plan, the park would include picnic tables, several parking spots, and a playground. A street course and bowl would be part of the skate infrastructure.

Before the project is approved, residents can share their thoughts during a public hearing. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Danby Town Hall.
