Cortland County seeks election inspectors

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland County is looking for election workers.

The Board of Elections wants people to serve as inspectors on Election Day. The position pays $17 an hour. It requires preparing the polling place, processing voters, and giving unbiased answers to questions.

The election day work schedule is 5 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Only registered voters in Cortland County can apply.
