Cortland County Office for Aging names Susan Dovi as Senior Citizen of the Year

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Susan Dovi has been designated as the Cortland County Office for Aging’s Senior Citizen of the Year for 2026.

Dovi has put in time volunteering in Cortland County to help improve the lives of older adults in the area and was recognized during the Cortland County Office for Aging’s Older Americans Month Dinner on May 13th for her contributions to the community.

Dovi will be formally recognized during the New York State Office for Aging (NYSOFA) Older New Yorkers’ Day in Albany on Tuesday, May 26th.
