Cortland County Legislature to hold special meeting, host community agreement with Scott Road Solar on the table

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland County Legislature Committee Chair Bischoff has called a special meeting of the Cortland County Legislature’s Finance & Administration Committee for May 12th, 2026, at 11:15 a.m.

The meeting will cover:

Resolutions for the Home Rule Legislation for the 1224 Sales Tax Request; and
A resolution for the Occupancy Tax Home Rule Request; and
A resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Host Community Agreement with Scott Road Solar, LLC.
