BINGHAMTON, NY (607NewsNow) – A pup is safe thanks to the Binghamton Fire Department.

On March 19, firefighters were called to a home for a dog that somehow made its way onto the roof of the house but couldn’t find its way back.

The crew used treats to keep him calm while waiting for his owner to arrive, and the dog eventually climbed back inside through a second-story window.
