BINGHAMTON, NY (607NewsNow) — The Binghamton Black Bears will raise another banner.

For the third consecutive season, Binghamton captured the Commissioner’s Cup. It’s the top trophy in the Federal Prospects Hockey League.

The Black Bears won the Cup this year by defeating the Pee Dee IceCats in a five-game series. Binghamton forward CJ Stubbs was named MVP of the playoffs.
