BINGHAMTON, NY (607NewsNow) — The Binghamton Black Bears are saying hello to a new player.

Quebec native Ludovik Tardif is coming to Binghamton. According to the team, it’s his first professional contract at 22-years-old.

In May, the Black Bears won the Commissioner’s Cup for the third consecutive season.
