Berkshire Free Library to host kid-friendly comic book event Saturday

BERKSHIRE, NY (607NewsNow) – A kid-friendly event is happening in Tioga County.

On March 7, the Berkshire Free Library, in collaboration with the Ithaca College Comics Group, is hosting Create Comics ‘n Creatures.

Children aged 4 to 14 are invited to “craft creatures, create their own comic book characters, and color fantasy worlds.” Additionally, attendees aged 6-12 can take a class with graphic novelist Ryan Abb. Two 45-minute classes will start at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

It takes place from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
