Troopers release one name in alleged Broome County murder-suicide

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WHCU) — State Police have released the name of the woman who they say killed her son, then killed herself in Broome County.

The bodies of 36-year-old Aliyah Inshanalli and her son, who was seven, were found Tuesday on Popple Hill Road in the town of Lisle.

An investigation into the alleged murder-suicide is ongoing.
