Tompkins County Legislature could see new technology

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Leaders in Tompkins County aim to replace aging equipment.

Officials are looking to install new monitors in the Legislature Chambers. The technology would view presentations and virtual attendees. Installation costs would be no more than $15,000. The Government Operations Committee meets at 10 AM on Thursday to discuss.

In related news, the Town of Owego recently spent $10,000 on an audio system.
