OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Over four dozen jobs are currently open in the Tioga County office building. 

Legislative Chair Martha Sauerbrey calls it a challenge. 

It places a bigger burden on current county workers. 

Working remotely is also an option in Tioga County.
