OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Several streets in Owego will close on Friday afternoon for Strawberry Festival.
Parts of Lake, Church, and Front streets will be blocked off. The closures start at 2 PM, ahead of the fireworks. Academy Street will also close at 9:30 PM until the fireworks are over.
