Staffing levels rebound in Cortland schools

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — School begins tomorrow in the Cortland Enlarged City School District, and the academic year will get underway with a few jobs still open.

Bob Edwards is the superintendent. He appeared recently on Ithaca’s Morning News.

Edwards adds the district began having trouble recruiting new teachers a decade ago when yearly evaluation of educators changed.
