ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Authorities at Ithaca College are searching for a suspect, after receiving a report of suspicious activity.

An unidentified man was allegedly walking on Coddington Road early Monday morning, peeking into car windows with a knife. The suspect is believed to be in his 20s, with brown curly hair and some facial hair. He reportedly had on an orange or red sweatshirt.

Authorities at IC encourage locking car doors and keeping valuables out of sight.
