Homer plans to construct a river path

HOMER, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Village of Homer is seeking contractors for a trail project.

Officials aim to construct a path along the Tioughnioga River. It would run from the business district to the south side of the village.

Engineers are sought to help design the project, and provide construction consultation. Bids are due by Friday at 5 PM.
