HOMER, N.Y. (WHCU) — Officials in Homer hope to attract more drivers passing by.

Town Supervisor Fred Forbes says talks are underway to change a street sign.

He aims to have the Preble exit sign say ‘Homer and Preble,’ in hopes of attracting drivers to local businesses.

Forbes adds the Department of Transportation is reviewing the request.
