Heavy rain helps extinguish Owego business fire

OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Authorities in Tioga County are crediting mother nature for putting out a fire.

Crews responded to an electrical fire at Owego Bowl on Saturday. Authorities say heavy rain helped knock down the flames.

No injuries were reported.
