ENFIELD, N.Y. (WHCU) — Enfield is getting ready for a vegetable celebration.

Town Councilperson Robert Lynch says the second annual Spring Rhubarb Festival happens on Saturday.

“It’s from 11 AM until 3 PM at the Enfield Community Center,” he says. “If you like rhubarb, if you don’t like rhubarb, there’s plenty to do and plenty to sample.”
