CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Plans are advancing for a new addition at the Cortland County Jail.

On Tuesday, the Buildings and Grounds Committee voted to support replacing the walk-in freezer. It would cost just under $55,000.

County legislators will have the final say.
