Brock: Ithaca ‘struggling’ in multiple areas

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Alderperson Cynthia Brock says Ithaca is struggling. 

Brock told WHCU recently the city faces numerous challenges. 

Brock adds several departments are understaffed. 

Brock, who’s running for re-election as an independent, also tells WHCU the city needs to re-focus on filling job openings.
