BOCES school to add parking in Owego

OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — A school in Tioga County is expanding its parking.

Officials in Owego recently approved plans to build an overflow parking lot at BOCES West Learning Center. There’ll be over new 40 spaces for staff. Crews aim to finish the work by the first day of school on Thursday.

In other educational news, staffing levels are rebounding at Cortland schools.
